ListReferrals acts solely as a central gathering point to connect referral sharers with referral users. We provide a directory for users to discover and share links. We do not provide the referral bonuses ourselves, nor are we a party to any transactions between you and third-party brands.

2. Commissions and Bonuses

We are not responsible or liable for the fulfillment of any commissions, credits, or bonuses. Any disputes regarding referral rewards must be handled directly between the user and the specific brand/service provider. We do not guarantee that any link posted on this platform is valid or will result in a payout.

3. Fraud and Scams

Maintaining a safe community is our priority. If a post or user is found to be engaging in scams, fraud, or misleading activity, we will delete the content and permanently block the associated user account immediately without prior notice.

4. Reservation of Rights and Administrative Control

ListReferrals reserves all rights not expressly granted in these terms. By using this platform, you acknowledge that we maintain absolute administrative control over all user accounts and content. We reserve the right to monitor, edit, move, or delete any content and to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, for any reason, without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ListReferrals be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss resulting from the use of our directory or the failure of a third-party brand to honor their referral program terms.
