1. Nature of Service

ListReferrals acts solely as a central gathering point to connect referral sharers with referral users. We provide a directory for users to discover and share links. We do not provide the referral bonuses ourselves, nor are we a party to any transactions between you and third-party brands.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post content, or otherwise use ListReferrals. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly permit use of the Service by anyone under 18.

3. User-Generated Content

Referral links, titles, descriptions, ratings, and other content on ListReferrals are submitted by users, not by ListReferrals. We do not create, verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content, and we are not responsible for it.

By posting a referral link, you represent that you are authorized to share it and that doing so complies with the originating brand's own referral or affiliate program terms — many programs restrict how and where a referral link may be shared (for example, prohibiting public posting, coupon/deal sites, or self-referrals). You are solely responsible for ensuring your post complies with those third-party terms; ListReferrals is not a party to your referral relationship with any brand and bears no responsibility for a brand rejecting, revoking, or refusing to honor a link because of how it was shared.

You retain ownership of any content you post. By submitting content to ListReferrals, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely in connection with operating, maintaining, and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has already been shared with other users or retained as required by law or for legitimate moderation records.

4. Trademarks and Third-Party Marks

Brand names, credit card names, issuer names, logos, and card artwork displayed on ListReferrals are the trademarks and property of their respective owners. They are used solely to identify the brands, cards, and issuers being referenced, for descriptive purposes. Their appearance on ListReferrals does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the trademark owners.

5. Accuracy of Card and Brand Information

Card and brand details shown in our catalog — including annual fees, benefits, and rewards — are maintained by ListReferrals for informational purposes and, unlike referral links and posts, are not user-submitted. This information can change frequently and without notice, and we do not guarantee that it is current, complete, or error-free. Always confirm current terms directly with the issuer or brand before applying for or relying on any card or offer.

6. Credit Card Referral Links

Credit card referral links are subject entirely to the issuing bank's own discretion. The issuer has the sole right to decide whether to pay, honor, or credit any referral reward, and to take any action it deems appropriate under its own program terms — regardless of whether those terms were otherwise followed. By posting or using a credit card referral link on ListReferrals, you acknowledge and accept this. ListReferrals does not verify, endorse, or guarantee that any credit card referral link complies with the issuing bank's terms, and bears no responsibility for the issuer's decisions as a result.

7. Commissions and Bonuses

We are not responsible or liable for the fulfillment of any commissions, credits, or bonuses. Any disputes regarding referral rewards must be handled directly between the user and the specific brand/service provider. We do not guarantee that any link posted on this platform is valid or will result in a payout.

8. Fraud and Scams

Maintaining a safe community is our priority. If a post or user is found to be engaging in scams, fraud, or misleading activity, we will delete the content and permanently block the associated user account immediately without prior notice.

9. Reservation of Rights and Administrative Control

ListReferrals reserves all rights not expressly granted in these terms. By using this platform, you acknowledge that we maintain absolute administrative control over all user accounts and content. We reserve the right to monitor, edit, move, or delete any content and to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, for any reason, without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ListReferrals be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss resulting from the use of our directory or the failure of a third-party brand to honor their referral program terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ListReferrals and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) content you post or share on the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party brand's or card issuer's referral or affiliate program terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
