Official Rules — Monthly Drawing

1. Sponsor

The ListReferrals Monthly Drawing (the “Drawing”) is run by ListReferrals at www.listreferrals.com (“ListReferrals,” “we,” “us”). Questions can be sent through our Contact Us page.

2. Who can enter

• You must be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and at least 18 years old when you enter.
• You must have a registered ListReferrals account with a confirmed email address and a completed profile (username, gender, ZIP code and date of birth), and your account must be in good standing (not banned, suspended or restricted).
• One account per person. Using more than one account to get extra entries voids all of that person’s entries.
• The owner, administrators and staff of ListReferrals, and the people they live with, cannot enter.
• A person who wins cannot win again until 90 days after their win, which means sitting out the next 2 monthly drawings.
• We check eligibility using the details in your profile. Void where prohibited.

3. Drawing periods

Each monthly drawing is its own separate promotion, with its own entry period, its own entries, its own winner and its own prize. Entries do not carry over to the next month. All times are Mountain Time (MT), and the ListReferrals server clock is the official timekeeper.

• Entries open: 12:00 AM on the 1st day of the month.
• Entries close: 11:59 PM on the last day of the month.
• Winner drawn: the 1st of the following month.
• Winner posted: on the Giveaway page, and by email to everyone who entered, once the winner has confirmed (section 6).

The exact dates, prize and countdown for the current drawing are always shown on the Giveaway page, and those dates apply to that drawing. The first drawing runs from its launch date through October 31, 2026. We may pause, change or end the Drawing at any time (see section 9).

4. How to enter

• Enter on the site. While entries are open, sign in, open the Giveaway page (or the homepage banner) and click Enter. Entering is free.
• Live referral. To count, you need at least 1 live referral when entries close. A live referral is a referral you shared on ListReferrals that is active, has not been removed, has been renewed within the last 30 days, and follows our site rules. We check this at 11:59 PM MT on the closing day, so renew any expiring referral before then.
• Entries per person. 1 live referral = 1 entry. A 2nd entry is earned if you also have a live referral on a different brand or credit card than the one counted for your first entry (a brand plus a card counts). Two referrals on the same brand count as one. The maximum is 2 entries per person per drawing.
• Free alternate entry (no referral needed). If you have a registered account with a completed profile but no live referral, you can request 1 free entry by sending a message through Contact Us before entries close, with your ListReferrals User ID (shown on your Profile page). It is limited to 1 request per person per drawing and counts as 1 entry. It has the same chance of winning as any other entry.
• Entries made by script, bot or any automated means, with fake or invalid referral links, or by any method that bypasses the normal process are void.

5. How the winner is chosen

After entries close, we count each eligible person’s entries (each entry is one ticket) and pick one winner at random using a computer-generated random draw. This happens on the 1st of the following month, and a record of the draw is saved. Your chance of winning depends on how many eligible entries there are. We may also draw up to 2 alternate winners, in order, in case the winner cannot be confirmed (section 6).

6. Winner notice and claiming

• The winner is notified by email at the address on their account, and also on the Giveaway page when they are signed in.
• To claim, the winner must click Confirm my prize on the Giveaway page (or reply to the notice email) within 7 days of the notice, by 11:59 PM MT on the 7th day. Nothing else is needed: the winner already agreed to these rules when they entered.
• If the winner does not confirm in time, cannot be reached, or is found to be ineligible, the prize is forfeited and goes to the first alternate, then the second, each with the same 7 days to confirm. If neither alternate confirms, that month’s prize is not awarded and does not roll over.
• The winner’s username is posted on the Giveaway page, and the results are emailed to everyone who entered, once the winner has confirmed. If the prize passes to an alternate, this happens when the alternate confirms. Until then, no winner is named.
• We are not responsible for emails that go to a spam folder or an old address. Keep your account email current.

7. Prize

One (1) $10.00 USD Amazon Gift Card per drawing: Amazon.com e-gift card (US), emailed to the winner. It is delivered after the winner confirms. The prize has no cash value or alternative, cannot be transferred, and any gift card is subject to its issuer’s own terms. If the prize becomes unavailable we may substitute a prize of equal value. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the prize. Amazon is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this Drawing. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.

8. Winner name and your information

If you win, your ListReferrals username (not your real name or email) is shown on the Giveaway page and in our results email. By entering you agree to this. We use your information only to run the Drawing and verify eligibility, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. General conditions

Our decisions about entries, eligibility and winners are final. We may disqualify anyone who tampers with the Drawing, breaks these rules or acts in bad faith, and we may change, pause or cancel the Drawing if fraud, a technical problem or something beyond our control affects its fairness or operation. We are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries, website or internet outages, or email delivery problems.

10. Release and limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, by entering you release ListReferrals and its owners and administrators from claims connected with the Drawing or the prize, and our total liability for any claim connected with the Drawing is limited to the value of the prize ($10.00). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Governing law and disputes

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved on an individual basis, not as a class action. Either side may use small claims court.

12. Winners list

Each month’s winner (by username) is posted on the Giveaway page. To request a copy of the winners list, contact us through Contact Us within 60 days after a drawing.

13. Changes to these rules

We may update these rules for future drawings. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the rules in effect when a drawing opens apply to that drawing.
